Each individual may hold only one bnw55 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to suspension. All accounts must be registered using the player's own accurate personal information — proxy or fictitious registrations are not permitted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bnw55 login credentials. bnw55 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to a player's failure to secure their credentials.
Funds deposited into your bnw55 account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
All bnw55 bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates. Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and possible account closure.
Players must not engage in match-fixing, use of software bots, exploiting platform errors, money laundering, or any activity that gives an unfair advantage. bnw55 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bnw55 platform (including the website at bnw55.org, mobile interfaces, and all associated services), you ("the Player," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the bnw55 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the bnw55 platform and close your account. bnw55 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
To open and maintain a bnw55 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
bnw55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by bnw55 may result in account suspension and/or withholding of funds pending compliance.
Each Player may open only one (1) bnw55 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
During registration and at any subsequent point bnw55 deems appropriate, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Acceptable KYC documents for Philippine players include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's licence, and SSS/GSIS ID. Address verification may additionally require a recent utility bill or bank statement bearing your registered name and address.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any details change. bnw55 will not be responsible for service disruptions, failed transactions, or delayed withdrawals arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
bnw55 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and may file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) or Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally required, without prior notification to the account holder.
4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph are accepted subject to each payment provider's own terms and transaction limits. bnw55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) business hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. bnw55 will, where technically feasible, return funds to the same payment channel used for deposit, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
4.3 KYC and Withdrawal Holds. bnw55 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC cannot process withdrawals above ₱5,000 per transaction or ₱20,000 per calendar month.
4.4 Currency. All bnw55 account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
All bets placed on bnw55 — whether on live casino games, RNG games, sports markets, bingo, or table tennis — are subject to the specific rules published for each game or market on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating exclusively to that game.
bnw55 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing or system error; (b) the outcome has been manipulated or match-fixed; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) technically verifiable evidence of fraud or collusion exists. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Player's account balance.
Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where an in-play cash-out feature is available and the Player exercises it prior to event resolution. bnw55's settlement of results is final and binding, subject only to an appeal lodged through official support channels within 72 hours of settlement.
bnw55 offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonuses expire after this period.
The following practices constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., simultaneous opposing bets), and any form of coordinated bonus exploitation. bnw55 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and winnings derived from bonus abuse without prior notice.
Players agree not to engage in any of the following while using the bnw55 platform:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant Philippine government authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC.
All content on the bnw55 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of bnw55 or its licensed suppliers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used commercially without express prior written consent from bnw55.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, bnw55 shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform; losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party system outages beyond bnw55's reasonable control; or losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
bnw55's total cumulative liability to any individual Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
bnw55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the bnw55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a bnw55 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bnw55 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
bnw55 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, and a self-exclusion mechanism that takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for the duration elected. Players who self-exclude agree not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts, using third-party accounts, or accessing the platform through any other means. Circumvention of a self-exclusion constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with the seat of arbitration in Makati City, Metro Manila.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
bnw55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the bnw55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must close their account before the effective date.
